I liked kirkstall abbey's structure and the atmosphere beacuse there is brillant green garden and historical statues.. I should come to here again and if you want to come to England, you should behere

I live 10mins from Kirkstall Abbey and without question the best time to come if possible is at sunrise or sunset. The whole area turns magic, colours of the sky with the trees and Abbey = stunning! X

The Abbey is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful sights in the city. A great attraction that is not only a wonderful history lesson but also a great spot for photographers and nature lovers.

Little wall mountings with interesting snippets of history about the abbey. Although it gets muddy the site is fairly accessible with ramps and walkways.

I love visiting Kirkstall Abbey, it's a great place to walk around, learn about the history at the visitor centre. Also check out the Abbey House Museum. Fun for families.
